At Sim-Lab, we are committed to providing the highest quality racing gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Ensure all components, including hardware and cables, are placed back in their original packaging to avoid restocking fees or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
